Terms and Agreement

This license agreement ("Agreement") is between you, the party licensing digital Images through this Agreement ("User"), and UJ Yellow Fotos, Inc. dba YellowPagePics, ("YPP"). 
Use of the Images as defined below constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

User is hereby granted a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use the Image. This Royalty-Free License permits User to use, display, reproduce, or distribute an Image as many times and for as many individual uses as User wishes.

  1. User may not sublicense or grant usage of any Image.
  2. All Images are non-transferable and non-exclusive; copyrights are held by the photographers who have submitted said Images to YPP.
  3. User agrees to pay and be responsible for any and all sales taxes, use taxes, value added taxes and duties imposed by any jurisdiction as a result of the license granted for use of the Image(s), pursuant to this Agreement.
  4. User may create a digital library, network configuration, or similar arrangement to allow the Image(s) to be viewed by employees, partners and clients of Licensee.
  5. YPP warrants the Image(s) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for seven (7) days from purchase or download. The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the Image(s).
  6. Neither YPP, its licensers, employees, officers, agents nor contributors shall be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or other damages arising from your use of YellowPagePics image(s) or from any claims by third-parties.
  7. Images which include people or trademarks, whether recognizable or not, are provided on a non-model release basis. It is the sole responsibility of the User to avoid using such images in any way that may defame, insult, suggest endorsement or violate law.
  8. This Agreement is not assignable by User without prior written consent of YPP.
  9. Any and all disputes arising from this Agreement, including without limitation, its validity, interpretation, and performance, shall be finally settled under the laws of the United States.
